With the opening of Bu'n (143 grand street), a stylish and delicious eatery located in the heart of Soho, chef Michael Bao Huynh has created yet another gem to whet appetites. The new restaurant, a modern style of his success, specializes in Bun (Rice Noodles) and small plates that will bring you on a culinary journey through Vietnam.

The 50 seat restaurant is the second culinary venture for chef Michael Bao and legend guitarist Warren Cuccurullo who has worked with Frank Zappa, been a long term member of Duran Duran, and was a founding member of Missing Persons. Collectively, the duo has just opened one of the most hottest restaurant in Santa Monica "Hidden"

Bu'n 2:00am closing time allows for a superior late-night dining experience great healthy food after-hours - their way of giving back to hard-working community.
